 As the water supply from various sources contain different degrees of contaminants, different technologies must be used to target the different contaminants.
For a water filtration system to work effectively, it must
be customised to tackle local water conditions.
Imported water filters, may not be suitable for Malaysian water conditions. For example, the water condition in Kota Bharu, has a higher iron content than in Klang Valley. Different filtration technology is required to manage the water effectively.

Be wary of trading companies going into water filtration as a business opportunity – buying materials from unreputable suppliers and assembling
it together, without any experience or knowledge in water purification processes, nor any technical and engineering expertise.
